ieri ho allenato il dorso, solo che ho degenerato ed ho sgarrato molto l' allenamento che dovevo fare,
ho iniziato con le trazioni, salendo fino al collo, poi fino allo sterno, poi fino all' addome, alla fine ne sono finito a fere dei muscle up, è un esercizio troppo figo, la prossima volta faccio il video..
mi sono sfinito con questo esercizio, quindi ho terminato con un 4x8 di pulley..
