quindi direi almeno 300g di pro al giorno cosi divise:
600 grammi di carne pollo o cavallo (metà a pranzo e metà a cena)
400 albume (colazione)
130g pro in polvere (spuntini vari)
carbo pensavo 200-300g al giorno
grassi un apio di cucchiai di olio e qualche arachide...
