non credo proprio... il fatto di non dover combinare più fonti proteiche è uno di quei miti preistorici da sfatare
ammesso che servano enzimi diversi per cibo diverso, mischiare fonti non può che fare bene evitando di esaurirli
io spesso combino carni/pesce e uova/albumi per arrivare alla quota proteica che mi serve... certo non mischio proteine del grano con quelle della soia e del pisello
