Io la glutammina la prendo prima dell allenamento poichè come aminoacido "universale" previene la distruzione delle fibre muscolari agendo come anticatabolico ed accellera il recuprero, e inoltre l ho abbino con creatina aumentando l effetto "volumizzatore", e poi dopo l allenamento..

abbinarlo alla creatina va bene, ma dipende sempre da quale effetto si ricerca...
