potresti gradualmente passare ad una dieta normocalorica...sempre continuando con la palestra...poi se vuoi scendere ancora un pò riprendi tra un pò questa dieta...così fai uno stop
grazie luna, devo dire che questo tipo di alimentazione passati i primi tempi non mi pesa piu di tanto, concedendomi di tanto in tanto qualche pizza, qualche birra o qualche dolcetto. Per questo sono contento!
