Lo squat manubri da più enfasi ai quads rispetto allo squat classico, a me da sensazioni simili al front squat. Se usi manubri molto pesanti magari ti "strusciano" sulle gambe, e se hai problemi di presa puoi usare degli straps.
Ottime tutte le varianti di affondi e contraffondi (walking, manubri, bilancere, ecc)

se non puoi fare lo squat fai Hack Squat alla macchina e Pressa a 45. Solo questi sono degni sostituti dello squat, gli affondi sono solo un ottimo contorno.
