sono un po' di mattine che mi controllo la pressione e la massima si aggira sempre sui 135/140, mentre la minima è sempre molto bassa, intorno ai 50/55, con circa 60 pulsazioni al minuto.
mi devo preoccupare per la minima così bassa?
Che strumenti usi per misurartela?La macchinetta elettronica o quella a mercurio?Guarda che c'è differenza...
Fattela misurare da un dottore che è la cosa migliore.
Se permangono quei valori certo la minima è un po bassa...
Ma meglio avercela bassa che alta
uso uno di quegli affari elettronici per l'automisurazione.. cmq è la minima che oscilla sempre intorno al 55/60... puo' essere perchè faccio tanto cardio oltre che ai pesi?
