MCT trigliceridi a catena media già lavorati industrialmente sono olii che vengono utilizzati a scopo energetico, a maggior ragione in diete a zero carbo...vine spesso utilizzato dagli atleti sotto gara.......la posogia da te espressa è corretta per le quantità bisogna valutare il peso la massa magra ed altri grassi ingeriti.
