Salve a tutti............volevo un parere sul multivitaminico.......sono una persona che avendo purtroppo reflusso meteorismo etc... devo abolire certi alimenti e anche la frutta e verdura mi danno fastidio.........siccome faccio cardio tutti i gg buoni 70/90 minuti e non mangio molto....a volte mi accontento del petto di pollo secondo voi un multivitaminico mi può fare solo bene????
