Ragazzi avevo intenzione di iniziare a integrare anche degli amminoacidi ramificati nel preworkout per evitare di perdere troppa massa muscolare in questo periodo di definizione. Premetto che non gli ho mai usati quindi volevo qualche consiglio su come orientarmi nella scelta, sulle varie distizioni che ci sono e anche sulle marche migliori.
