Ciao a tutti!! Vorrei chiedervi un consiglio riguardo l'assunzione e l'uso di proteine whey post wo, e di aminoacidi (BCAA). Sono alto 1.85cm peso 74kg ed assumo circa 3500 cal al giorno: circa 180gr di pro, 290gr di carboidrati e circa 160gr di grassi. Secondo voi ho bisogno di utilizzare integratori proteici (whey) e di aminoacidi durante e post wo? Se si quanto e in che modo?
