    Post workout solido(carbo)-liquido(whey)

    Ciao ragazzi,

    come da titolo la mia domanda riguarda il post-workout.

    Sino ad ora mi sono affidato esclusivamente al cibo solido(patate+albumi),ma mi sono appena arrivate le PLATINUM ISOLATE SUPREME ed i BCAA PRO 5000 entrambi della SAN(acquistati sul vostro sito) e volevo chiedervi se poteva andare un simile post-wo.

    IMMEDIATAMENTE:bcaa
    15-20' dopo whey+patate

    Può andare l'abbinamento liquido-solido,oppure devo seguire altri metodi e/o tempistiche?

    Puoi abbinare solido e liquido, ma ovviamente rallenti l'assimilazione del liquido (whey). Nel caso fai anche 30-40'
