la leucina è testata "efficace" solo dopo post-wo in teoria... non che sia un problema aggiungerlo visto che ne ho piu di 500g ma al massimo la tengo nel beverone del pome nei giorni rest.
p.s. cavolo quanto brucia la beta alanina lol! pizzica e formicolia per 5-10 minuti dopo l'assunzione... hihi
Si pizzica....all'inizio...dopo una-due settimane non c'e' nemmeno piu il formicolio...
PS..cmq rimango dell'idea che a colazza serva a poco
