NON assumere troppa caffeina, anzi io direi di eliminarla del tutto da un contesto di sana alimentazione..crea principalmente 1 ambiente acido e peggiora la sensibilità insulinica e puo risultare dannoso soprattutto in fase di massa con carboidrati alti
