ciao a tutti avrei bisogno d un vostro parere..io mi alleno 4 volte a settimana e cmq integratori uso proteine "amino gainer 3000" 50 gr a colazione e 50 gr dopo cena. In più prendo la "pharmapure creatine" 6 gr al giorno.... come abbinamento cosa dite?? sostituire queste proteine cn le "mega mass 2000"? cn questi prodotti dopo quanto inizio a vedere i primi risultati??? grazie a presto..dimenticavo d dirvi ke ho 19 anni peso circa 70 kig e sn alto 1 e 75!!!
