intendo prendi un semi rack di buona qualità, se puoi prendi usato professionale tipo panatta che fa dei buoni semi rack. No rbr sta nel NON prendere in considerazione il rack del decatlhon, appunto l'rbr 560 perchè al prezzo che lo vendono non vale niente. Io lo ho e fa schifo. Tra l'altro quello è soltanto un reggibilancere non propriamente un rack ed hai dunque bisogno dei cavalletti di supporto per emergenza, perchè se rimani sotto col bilancere schiatti.
