Ciao fight. la prima regola nel posizionare gli elettrodi dice di seguire sempre la striatura dei muscoli. si devono posizionare in modo da far lavorare i retti alti e i bassi. elettrodi negativi in alto e i positivi in basso.stai prona, con le mani incrociate dietro la testa e la gambe leggermente piegate. ricarda di accompagnare la contrazione con un crunch appena accennato!
