      si si intendevo in totale.... cmq oltre che così, se a prazo mangiassi 75gr pasta + 200gr fagioli soia + 2 cucchiai olio? siccome sia pranzo che pre wo non vorrei mangiare sempre la stessa roba... mi dai qualche consiglio?

        ciclizza la fonte proteica...la soia nn ha un alto b.v. a mio avviso meglio altre fonti.
