Ma scusa...se prima t'ho detto che sia che fai aerobica sia che fai pesi hai COMUNQUE bisogno di ripristinare le riserve di glicogeno muscolare allora perchè cambiare spuntino e scegliere carboidrati a più basso indice glicemico che poichè scorrono più lentamente nel torrente ematico ripristineranno le scorte di glicogeno molto più lentamente di quanto non lo facciano i carboidrati ad alto indice glicemico.
