Sabato 22 agosto...inizio del mio programma annuale...voglio fare tutto seriamente seguendo consigli su workout e alimentazione...sono alto 174 cm e peso 68 kg bf 13-14 %...vorrei arricare all 10 % con 4/5 chili in più fra un anno...posterò tutte le mie schede e diete sperando che mi aiutiate a perfezionarle...sono 3 anni che mi alleno (ero fortemente sottopeso, pesavo 55 kg) con schede easy...ora voglio provare tecniche intermedie o avanzate
