La mia scheda è divisa in scheda A e scheda B, per ogni muscolo allenato affianco c'è scritto " 3x12-10-10". Mi è sorto un dubbio, significa che devo fare tre serie di cui una da 12 rip e le altre e due da 10 rip oppure che ne devo fare 3 da 12 rip e altre e 2 da 10 rip, per un totale di 5 serie? scusate la mia ignoranza ma è da poco che sono iscritto in palestra
