l'importante è variare...magari in una determinata scheda opti per farlo contemporaneamente...dopo se magari vuoi enfatizzare di più il lavoro su un solo arto lo alleni uno alla volta,cosa che di solito viene fatta in caso di disparità di forza tra un arto e l'altro
