Salve a tutti!! Vado in palestra da 7 mesi ho cambiato 3 tabelle... Ma il mio istruttore nn mi ha mai dato tabelle mirate all aumento della massa muscolare...Almeno credo... Tutti gli esercizi apparte addominali e i polpacci prevedono 3 serie da 10... Una tabella cn tutte ste ripetizioni uguali è per definizione? o per cosa ? Grazie mille aspetto una risposta
