Quale può essere un esempio di prenanna in una scheda di massa ? va bene 200ml di latte più BCAA e qualche fetta biscottata ? o devo darci giù pesante col panino al tonno ? premettendo che ancora devo procurarmi i "fiocchi di latte" (che nn so nemmeno che ***** sono..) e ho finito il barattolone di proteine.
cm pre-nanna ci sono 3 scelte buone:
o 30g di proteine della caseina.
o 200g di fiocchi di latte
o 50-60 di parmigiano.
i fiocchi di latte si trovano in qualsiasi supermercato, e ce ne sono varie marche, la + famosa è jocca, nn credo che nn la conosci.
