probabilmente vi sembrerà stupida la domanda, e lo è... volevo chiedervi negli esercizi col sovraccarico(trazioni,parallele,...) come fate a tenere il sovraccarico? perchè finora ho tenuto in un manubrio i pesi che poi stringevo fra i piedi, ma son convinto che ci sia un metodo più semplice, tipo cintura da sovraccarichi... Mi potete illuminare?
