è stato detto e ridetto (da gente molto preparata) che non esiste "IL" metodo per la massa: bisogna provare, sperimentare su sé stessi e vedere qual'è la reazione del corpo
personalmente mi trovo bene sia col piramidale inverso, sia con quello classico sia con quello "falso" (col peso invariato) e mi diverto ad alternarli periodicamente per stimolare sempre in maniera diversa il mio corpo
il piramidale e' di solito piu' validdo per i principianti
il piramidale inverso e' un metodo per atleti piu' avanzati e mooolto piu' indicato per fare massa
