Salve a tutti,ho 16/17 anni,dopo un dimagrimento di26 kg in 6 mesi piu o meno mi è rimasta una pancetta.Vorrei sapere se continuare con massa o cambiare allenamento perchè in pratica ho quella pancetta che si dice sia pelle in eccesso,ma se la tocca sento tutti grumi,mentre sui fianchi è un po rilassata e non sento grumi.anche sopra l'ombellico è l'addome è durissimo ma non si vede mentre sotto ombellico c'è sta pancetta
