sto facendo 40 minuti di tappeto ogni 4 giorni alla settimana dopo i pesi abbinato ad una dieta ipocalorica(solo 50 grammi di riso a pranzo per quanto riguarda i carbo) questo su consiglio di un tizio che da anni fa bodybuilding.
