È un esercizio molto simili alle dip alla sbarra che a mio giudizio fa intervenire di più i tricipiti che nella versione alle parallele...ho visto qualche atleta ad alti livelli che li faceva sul tubo ai cavi con bracci larghe a busto inclinato e ho notato che con una presa inversa ad alte ripetizioni i tricipiti 'esplodono'...avete mai provato voi un esercizio del genere che ne pensate?
