ciao raga. domenica 26 ho una gara , secondo voi l'aerobica la devo smettere nei tre giorni di scarico facendo solo i soliti 3 ultimi allenamenti con i pesi per scaricare il glicogeno, visto e considerato che gia sto in condizioni da gara ma sapete com'è i dubbi sono tanti quando sei agli sgoccioli.voi come la impostate l'ultima settimana per quanto riguarda gli allenamenti?:
