Cari colleghi sportivi, sono un giovane di 23 anni altezza 1.78 peso 76... avrei un problema con il fisico ora mi spiego....Sono ben fatto e non mi lamento, i miei dorsali, i miei pettorali...tutto, ma gli addominali, ho praticamente solo quelli alti..........non è che potreste per caso consigliarmi qualcosa per i fianchi e gli addominali bassi??? :-) grazie...
