Purtroppo da un'annetto ho problemi con l'ernia L5 S1 e non riesco piu' ad allenarmi come si deve soprattutto le gambe...percio' vi chiedo se avete consigli su di un allenamento mirato...! per chi ha problemi come me lo squat ormai e' acqua passata!
