Dimenticavo quelli, solo oggi sono migliorati dopo 4 giorni in cui partiva un crampo appena tiravo il tallone al culo e il ginocchio al petto... Ed ho fatto "solo" squat. Che soddisfazione!

SI, schiena molto più forte del petto....ho dovuto faticare parecchio...per farlo uscire, ma ormai è uscito......e comunque lo voglio più rotondo in alto...nel prossino ciclo metterò la panca stretta inclinata....
