    Some advices for a good training

    1 = Train with a high intensity. High intensity training is truly important to make your muscles grow, as an intense training will stimulate efficiently all your muscolar fibres, so that they'll begin later the anabolic process

    2 = Train with heavy weights. Just heavy weights can efficiently stimulate and destroy muscolar fibres. Destroying muscolar fibres during the training is important for the ipercompensation process. Thanks to that process, muscles will grow to rexist to the next training with heavy weights.

    3 = Train not for a long time. Training for a long time, as for example 3 hours, is very catabolic for your muscles. Muscles won't grow that way, so that training for a long time could be dangerous for a optimal growth of them

    4 = Train not more than 3 times per week. Training more often can be dangerous for the growth process of your muscles. Remember that muscles need time to repair themselves, and if you won't give them enough time, they'll stop growing.

    5 = Choose exercises that stimulate in sinergy more than one muscle. Those exercises are called multiarticolar,basic exercises, and they're necessary for a muscle growth, because just a sinergic stimulation of more muscles allow them to grow.

    6 = Don't choose exercise that stimulate just a muscle, because they won't stimulate enough all your muscle to grow. Those exercise should just be used by professionist, having yet a lot of muscolar mass that just want to compensate an evident muscolar lack.

    7 = Train with a correct esecution of the exercises. That kind of training is necessary for a good muscolar growth, but above all to prevent accident that will keep you away from the training for a long time or, in worst case, forever.

    8 = Do stretching after the training. Stretching is very important for our muscolar health and above all to accellerate the muscolar recovery process

    9 = Be always motivated. You must go always very motivated to the gym. A good motivation is very important to have a good training, so that curing mind is as important as curing our body. A good mind approach is a good approach to bodybuilding.

    10 = Use a diary while training. Using a diary, writing in it all your successes,failures, strategies about the training, will keep you more motivated and prevent you to repeat always the same mistakes. Furthermore it will make you improve more and more in every training.
