Salve a tutti, vorrei chiedere un consiglio pratico, pratico attività fisica da circa 2 anni, nel 2011 ho avuto dei problemi Alimentari arrivando a pesare 46 kg per 1.78 di altezza, ora peso 70kg ho provato molte diete, ma tutte con scarsi risultati. Qualche consiglio? anche per la scheda di allenamento che dovrei fare, perchè sono ancora in fase di recupero, post mallattia :-(
