seconda volta allenamento classico 2 o 3 esercizi
es. calf singolo su scalino con peso 4 serie da 8-12 rec. 1 min.
calf seduto 4 serie da 8-12 rec. 1 min.
seduto sulla panca con i piedi uniti prendi un manubrio (20kg. circa) e fai flessione ed estensione 3 serie da 10-12
TUTTE LE SERIE DEVONO ESSERE FATTE AD ESAURIMENTO
7 anni fa avevo circonferenza 35cm, ora 42cm
