per fare massa devi limitarti 7-8 colpi per serie. fai 3 serie x esercizio. Per quanto riguarda il carico ci sono diverse correnti di pensiero: c'è chi dice che è meglio aumentare i chili a ogni serie, chidice che bisogna lasciare invariato il carico...insomma, l'importante è che arrivi alla terza serie che fai 3-4 colpi al massimo.
