ciao a tutti è il mio primo post. Ho il seguente problema: vorrei cominciare a seguire delle tabelle funzionali all'incremento della forza, ma nella palestra che frequento non c'è la possibilità di fare lo squat (manca il power rack). Per un korte 3x3 (anche eventualmente nella versione di Buzz.) posso sostituire lo squat con la pressa o è una cosa improponibile?
