Non mi pare si chiami dimagrimento ma ricomposizione , quindi cali massa grassa e aumenti quella magra , questo a qualsiasi bf tu abbia , non mi hai spiegato perché postici di un mese in base alla bf ......solo per capire eh io sono un neofita e secco.
mi pare che anche esercizi a corpo libero riescono a tonificare il più possibile la muscolatura quando sei in ipo e devi sgrassare. In palestra (ovviamente per quanto mi riguarda) ci vado quando mi decido (in base a quello che vedo allo specchio) a fare massa e quindi iper-normocalorica
