Salve a tutti. Sono un ragazzo di 18 anni alto 1.87. Ho iniziato la palestra circa 4 mesi fa e non praticavo sport da circa 2 anni quindi la poca muscolatura che avevo l'ho persa pur essendo sempre molto magro. Volevo sapere in che condizioni mi trovo adesso dopo 4 mesi di palestra. Ho preso circa 2kg e adesso peso 68kg. Devo continuare così??
