Salve a tutti sono nuovo e vorrei sapere qualcosa su come muoversi per ricominciare la palestra, mi spiego meglio, sapere se iniziare con massa o forza , i tempi della durata dei cicli e che cosa prendere se è meglio creatina o proteine in polvere ( entrambi in passato già utilizzati).
