Stai molto bene. La schiena sembra ancora da ampliare un pò. Per l'età e l'anzianità direi molto buono.

Grazie per le risposte, comunque per quanto riguarda l'ampiezza della schiena magari la posizione non rende, ma ho di costituzione le spalle larghe, magari mancano dettagli ma ci sto lavarando, comunque ora posto una foto di come ero 2 anni fa.
