Comunque professionismo o no la componente palestra è molto forte negli sport sopra citati da me
l'arrampicata non è uno sport di primo piano dalle mie parti, sono costretto a guardare i professionisti....comunque anche la lotta libera aiuta un bel pò, anche se su 3 giorni fanno un giorno di allenamento interamente dedicato ai pesi
