aggiunte le foto dei femorali assieme alle gambe, anche se la "posa" è da "rivedere", o meglio bisogna imparare a posare :/
Al momento sto cercando di migliorare i glutei che aihmè sono abbastanza piatti, inserito lo squat da inginocchiato e per ora li sento lavorare. (Da 1 mese le gambe le alleniamo 2 volte a settimana splittate in quad/femorali e polpacci/glutei)
