Ha fatto progressi assurdi Phil in due anni...in tutti i distretti!...rapporto fianchi-vita veramente migliorato tantissimo, poi petto, addome...le braccia sono state sempre il suo forte

Infatti secondo me dalle foto si giudica poco e male...

basta che una sia un po " artificiale" per far pensare qualcosa di non effettivamente reale.

Ovviamente i contenders sono quelli...ma io non direi mai che un branch è fuori forma.

Qui siamo al top ragazzi...le differenze si notano on stage...sul line up!

Mi chiedessero a chi pro vorresti assomigliare ( nel modo in cui si allena ) sicuramente PackMan...
