guardate neil video di jonnie jackson il tizio che fa t bar,sbattendo il bilanciere per terra ad ogni rep,se facessi cosi nella mia palestra mi butterebbero subito fuori,oppur quando deve fare rematore per scaricare i dischi li prende e li butta per terra....figata

nel video poi non poteva mancare Branch, la sua pelata è inconfondibile
cmq quella palestra è proprio una palestraccia, nel senso che non è vecchio stile...di più!!!
