Exercise 1.) Cable Pullovers:3 sets x 15 reps
Exercise 2.) Underhand Grip Pulldowns: 4 pyramided up sets x 10-15 reps
Exercise 3.) Barbell Rows: 4 pyramided sets x 8-12 reps
Exercise 4.) Machine Rows: (Elbows angled up/Upper back) 4 sets x 12-15 reps
Exercise 5.) Giant Set Dumbbell Rows: (Non-stop back and forth each side 3x) 2 sets of these
Exercise 6.) Deadlifts: 3 pyramided sets 10-12 reps
