(Superset with Exercise 2)
Exercise 2) Body weight chins
4 sets to failure

*Isometric hold/squeeze one side while rowing with the other
Exercise 4) Cable Pullovers
4 sets x 10-12 reps

Exercise 5) Cable Rows w/ forward hip pivot
4 sets x 10-12 reps
Note: Every set Steve increases weight for every exercise
