Che ne dite ? altezza 1.82 peso nelle foto 84/85kg allenamento 5 anni in queste foto.
Di foto attuali nn ne ho (ora sono 6 anni di allenamento) ma sn attualmente, dp l'estate, 86kg dp una perdita di 2 kg, insomma sn un po' + grosso cn la stessa bf del 10% circa

Non capisco il senso di postare una situazione non attuale...comunque decisamente ottimo il front...petto preponderante ma che non ha impedito sviluppo di braccia e delts.
