mah diciamo che per ora attività cardio non ne sto facendo proprio....vorrei fare un po di fit-box per asciugarmi un po....era solo una curiosità comunque è cosi le attività cardio che bruciano compromettono la crescita della massa muscolare.... grazie per il consiglio
